Licensed by the state of Texas, Katie has gone above and beyond the standard requirements, earning specialized certifications in Wood Destroying Insect/Termite Inspections, Well & Septic Inspections (with expertise in VA requirements), Pool & Spa Inspections, Infrared/Thermal Imaging, and Sprinkler Systems.
